Skyscraper with 115 floors and 599 meters high, is part of a whole architectural complex in the city center, in the business district of Futian. The building was built from 2009 to 2017. Construction stopped in 2013 due to suspicion of using low-quality concrete. A series of examinations was carried out, the charges were refuted, after which the work continued.
The design height of the building was declared 660 meters. The Pinan Center was planned to be the tallest in China. But, I had to abandon the 60 meter antenna due to possible problems with aviation.To date, the construction ranks second in the country and fourth in the world in height.

Third Place - Royal Clock Tower, Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The tower is part of the architectural ensemble Abraj al-Beit, in the heart of the city, opposite the main shrine of the Islamic world. The royal tower has 601 meters heights. The hotel occupies 120 floors of the building, accommodating up to 100,000 people.
